Our Floor Plans

Aspire Reserve offers a variety of floor plan options, ranging from private studio units to expansive 6 bedroom apartments.
All rates are by bed and per person.

All residents will sign an individual lease agreement, where each resident is responsible for his/her portion of the rent.

Select floor plans have Primary bedroom options. Primary bedrooms will offer one or more of the following: slightly more livable square footage, more storage, OR ensuite bathrooms whereas other bedrooms in the unit do not, and therefore have a small premium over other bedrooms. Some apartments will also have Veranda options, which will have a private balcony.

In addition to selecting your floor plan, you'll be given the option to select your floor placement. Floor placements are as follows and come with a slight premium for view on higher floors of the building.

Terrace beds are located on Floors 8 - 12

Skyline beds are located on Floors 13 - 18

Penthouse beds are located on Floor 19
